  1. Who We Are

We’re a flower and bouquet supplier, creating fresh floral arrangements, gift wraps, and custom designs. Our goal is to bring you beautiful flowers, on time, with care.

By shopping with us, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent/guardian.

We may update these terms every now and then, so it’s a good idea to check back if you’re a regular customer.

  1. Orders & Stock
  • All products depend on availability.
  • If a certain flower or arrangement isn’t available, we’ll replace it with something similar and of equal or greater value — while keeping the overall design as close as possible.
  • Custom orders may need a little extra time to prepare.
  1. Prices & Payment
  • Prices are listed in PKR.
  • Full payment is required when you place an order.
  • We currently accept Cash on delivery, bank transfer, cards
  1. Delivery
  • We deliver within Karachi.
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on the location.
  • While we always aim to deliver at the requested time, delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or other issues we can’t control.
  • Please double-check the recipient’s details before placing an order. We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.
  • Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.
  • Refunds are only available if:
    • The order wasn’t delivered.
    • The wrong product was sent (something very different from what you ordered).
    • Flowers arrived damaged (you’ll need to let us know within 2 hours and share a photo).
  1. Your Part
  • Please make sure delivery details (name, address, phone number) are correct.
  • Flowers need basic care (like fresh water and shade) to last longer.
  • Check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if there’s an issue.
  1. Our Content

All photos, text, and designs on our website belong to WrapUp by Bilal. Please don’t copy or use them without our permission.

  1. Our Responsibility
  • We aren’t responsible for delays caused by things outside our control (like weather, traffic, or courier issues).
  • We also can’t take responsibility for any allergic reactions caused by flowers.
  1. Your Privacy
  • We respect your privacy. Any details you share with us (like name, phone number, or address) are only used to process your order and contact you if needed.
  • We never sell or share your information with third parties, unless required by law
