At WrapUp by Bilal, we truly care about making your special moments memorable with our fresh flowers and hand-crafted buckets. Every order is made with love and attention to detail, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Please take a moment to read our Refund & Return Policy below:
1. Freshness and Quality Guarantee
- Each bouquet and bucket is prepared fresh for every customer.
- If something goes wrong and your order arrives damaged, wilted, or not what you expected, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and share photos so we can help quickly.
2. When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement in these cases:
- The flowers or bucket delivered are very different from what you ordered.
- Items arrive damaged, not fresh, or in poor condition.
- Something from your order is missing.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if:
- The recipient wasn’t available to receive the order.
- The delivery address given was incomplete or incorrect.
- Flowers have already been used, handled, or are no longer in their original condition.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- If preparation or delivery has already started, the order cannot be canceled.
4. How Refunds Work
- Once your request is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Depending on the situation, we may also offer a replacement delivery instead of a refund.
